Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Dazzle Me. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated immediately.

You may register using an email address or via third-party OAuth providers (Google, Apple). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at legal@crownlightholdings.com.

Ownership: You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant Dazzle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content in connection with the Service.

Prohibited Content — you may not upload content that:

• Involves minors in any sexual or exploitative context
• Is illegal under applicable law
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Constitutes harassment, hate speech, or threats
• Is deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms at our sole discretion.

Creator accounts are granted upon application and admin approval. As a creator, you agree to:

• Only sell and distribute content you own or have rights to distribute
• Accurately describe products and content listed in your store
• Not engage in misleading pricing or fraudulent sales practices
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding digital product sales

Dazzle reserves the right to suspend or terminate creator accounts that violate these obligations.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
• Sell, transfer, or share your account credentials with others

All trademarks, logos, and branding associated with Dazzle Me are the exclusive property of Crownlight Holdings LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dazzle and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to Dazzle in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dazzle and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Crownlight Holdings LLC may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use Dazzle Me will immediately cease. Unused gems are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
